The HR & Admin Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and office administration. This role ensures smooth functioning of HR processes and administrative activities while maintaining a professional and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Prepare HR documents (offer, appointment, warning, exit letters).
Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and share payroll inputs.
Support inductions, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives.
Address employee queries and assist in performance reviews and compliance.
Manage exits including notice tracking, handover, and F&F documentation.
Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
Manage office supplies, inventory, vendor coordination, and travel bookings.
Handle meeting room scheduling, courier management, and front-desk support when required.
