Support HR operations and perform general HR administrative duties
Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
Coordinate employee orientation, training, staff engagement activities and company events.
Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma, Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience is preferred. Candidates with a keen interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written) required, as you'll be working with our in-house Chinese-language software and content for our Chinese-speaking community.
