Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations and perform general HR administrative duties
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Coordinate employee orientation, training, staff engagement activities and company events.
  • Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma, Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience is preferred. Candidates with a keen interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written) required, as you'll be working with our in-house Chinese-language software and content for our Chinese-speaking community.
