Job Description

  • Assist with Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers.
  • Monitor work pass, passport, and medical examination expiry dates.
  • Support monthly payroll by verifying attendance, overtime, leave, and allowances.
  • Coordinate employee training and monitor mandatory certification renewals.
  • Liaise with employment agencies, medical providers, and government authorities.
  • Coordinate worker accommodation and transportation arrangements where required.
  • Respond to employee enquiries on HR-related matters.
  • Perform general office administration, filing, and document control.
  • Maintain office supplies and company asset records.


Requirements

  • Diploma, Higher Nitec, or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.
  • Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with MOM work pass administration and Singapore employment legislation.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
