Assist in recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases.
Assist with attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation.
Support staff training, employee engagement activities, and company events.
Provide general HR and administrative support as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in English is required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred where the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking business partners and overseas teams.
