Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases.
  • Assist with attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation.
  • Support staff training, employee engagement activities, and company events.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English is required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred where the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking business partners and overseas teams.
