Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an HR, Admin, and Accounts professional. The role involves handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance and leave tracking, employee records maintenance, and support for performance and compliance processes. The position also includes day-to-day administrative duties such as office coordination, vendor liaison, documentation, and basic facilities management. On the accounts side, responsibilities include assisting with invoicing, data entry in accounting systems, petty cash handling, expense tracking, and supporting the finance team with reconciliations and documentation. The individual will interact regularly with employees, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth office operations and timely resolution of HR, admin, and accounts-related queries.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including basic knowledge of HR policies, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Experience or aptitude in Employee Relations and Customer Service, with the ability to handle queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal teams, management, customers, and vendors.
- Basic accounting knowledge with experience in invoicing, expense tracking, and working with accounting or ERP software is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with digital tools for HR and accounts operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in trading, distribution, or electrical/electronics industry is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration
