Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience in HPS PowerCard Cards Issuing Application
- Participate in preparation of Test strategy in consultation with Business users and Program managers.
- Co-ordinate with Business users for clarifications on requirements.
- Test Project Planning, Tracking and status reporting.
- Task allocation and monitoring.
- Supervise the Test team for test execution and overall test execution coordination.
- Co-ordinate with IT team for test environment readiness.
- Co-ordinate preparation of Execution plan.
- Coordinate Day zero verification process.
- Preparation and participation of Daily and Weekly status reports / meetings.
- Preparation of Test summary Report.
- Escalate issues / Risks associated with the project to the program manager, if any.
- Good communication skills.
