Job Description

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and other computer systems
  • Monitoring and analyzing system performance to identify and resolve problems
  • Performing regular backups and disaster recovery operations
  • Maintaining security systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
  • Managing user accounts and access rights to systems and data
  • Keeping software up-to-date and ensuring licenses are in compliance
  • Providing technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems
  • Collaborating with other IT staff and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of systems and services
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
