Responsibilities :
1. Understanding Business Requirement and Functional Specifications 2. Understanding existing program logic, coding of new programs & changes to existing programs 3. Creation/update of detailed design specification, program specification

1. System application development skills. 2. Strong analysis & problem solving skills 3. Stong communication skill - both verbal and written 4. Ability to work independently with limitd supervision. 5. Proven ability to use own initiative to resolve issues. 6. Full ownership of Project/Tasks 7. Strong team working skill.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in Mainframe environment- Cobol Delta for Tandem (HP Non stop) environment, Cobol, DB2 2. Experience in working with JCL, VSAM (index file), Rexx 3. Experience in Transactional & Batch programming 4. Experience in working with CICS 5. Experience in working with version control tools, Endevor 6. Hands on experience in all phases of SDLC.
