Role Description
We are seeking a Housekeeping Trainer for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The Housekeeping Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs for housekeeping staff. Key tasks include conducting skill assessments, designing training modules, ensuring adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards, and mentoring staff to improve efficiency and service quality. The trainer will also provide ongoing feedback to staff and collaborate with management to align housekeeping procedures with overall operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in training and development, including designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, hygiene protocols, and cleaning procedures in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on housekeeping or related roles, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to motivate and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards.
