Housekeeping Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and well-organised Housekeeping Supervisor to manage housekeeping operations across our Mumbai properties. The role will be based out of BKC and will involve regular coordination and visits across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff across Mumbai properties.

- Prepare and manage staff schedules and duty rosters.

- Ensure daily cleaning activities are completed as per the required standards and timelines.

- Plan and oversee deep-cleaning schedules across properties.

- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, productivity and task completion.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and overall property standards.

- Ensure proper grooming, discipline and presentation of the housekeeping team.

- Coordinate with property and operations teams to address housekeeping requirements and concerns.

- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and available when required.

- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning standards and processes.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.

- Experience in managing housekeeping teams and schedules.

- Strong understanding of cleaning standards, deep cleaning and hygiene practices.

- Good time management and team coordination skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.

- Willingness to travel and manage operations across multiple Mumbai properties.
