Role Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations at our Ahmedabad location to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating cleaning schedules, managing laundry services, conducting inspections, addressing customer complaints promptly, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires close collaboration with other departments to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and coordinate housekeeping teams effectively
- Proficiency in Housekeeping operations and Laundry services
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to oversee quality control and high attention to details in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Experience in staff scheduling and inventory management is a plus
- Strong knowledge of safety, health, and hygiene protocols
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or entertainment industry is preferred
