Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at PVRINOX Pictures, located in Ahmedabad. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the facility, and manage the housekeeping team. Responsibilities include scheduling, delegating tasks, maintaining a high standard of quality in cleaning activities, inventory management of supplies, and collaborating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to monitor and guide housekeeping staff effectively
- Knowledge and experience in Housekeeping and Laundry processes
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and responding to customer inquiries
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to maintain operational efficiency
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Experience in hospitality or related industries is a plus
