Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to improve performance and efficiency.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Address guest complaints and special requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-12 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
