Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, excellent team-handling skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the housekeeping team on a daily basis.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all assigned areas.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities to ensure quality standards.
• Manage daily housekeeping operations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure proper usage and availability of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and reports.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures.
• Excellent team-handling and leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
