This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor, for our Client Hospitals located in Chennai. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are clean and orderly.
Responsibilities include managing laundry services, providing excellent customer service, and supervising housekeeping staff.
The role involves scheduling, conducting inspections, training staff, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Supervisory skills to effectively manage and lead housekeeping staff in a Hospital.
- Experience in housekeeping and laundry operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
