This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor based in Madurai. The primary responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, managing daily cleaning operations, coordinating laundry services, ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained, monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of patients and visitors. The role requires effective communication and team coordination to maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized environment.

• Proven Supervisory Skills to lead, manage, and motivate housekeeping teams effectively
• Experience and knowledge in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
• Strong focus on Customer Service to ensure patient and visitor satisfaction
• Good Communication skills for clear and professional interactions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Familiarity with health care facility cleaning protocols is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are advantageous
