Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping and laundry activities, ensure customer satisfaction, manage cleaning personnel, and maintain cleanliness standards across facilities. Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, training team members, inspecting work for quality, and addressing client concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills including scheduling, training, and team management
• Experience in housekeeping and laundry operations
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Effective Communication skills to provide clear instructions and address feedback
• Attention to detail and ability to uphold high cleaning standards
• Experience in facility management or related fields is an added advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
