Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and hotel premises. The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel housekeeping operations and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and public areas as per hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replenish guest supplies, and ensure rooms are ready for occupancy.
• Respond promptly to guest housekeeping requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the concerned department.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials.
• Adhere to hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with the front office and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with guests.
