Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist at our location in Haridwar. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization across guest rooms and shared spaces, managing laundry services, and ensuring high standards of hygiene. The role also includes assisting guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to protocols and health regulations. As a Housekeeping Specialist, emphasis will also be placed on training and collaborating with the team to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry services
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Capacity to effectively train and collaborate with team members
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and on-site environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is recommended
