Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Senior Associate at Essentia Luxury Hotel in Indore. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas, supervising daily housekeeping activities, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The Housekeeping Senior Associate will also oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Providing exceptional service to guests and addressing any housekeeping inquiries or concerns promptly will be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public spaces
• Leadership and team management skills to supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff effectively
• Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety protocols in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members professionally
• Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of inventory management and restocking procedures
• Previous experience in a hotel or luxury property is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or housekeeping management is an advantage
