Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Housekeeping professional for our Bengaluru location. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, organizing laundry services, providing excellent customer service, training junior staff members, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role demands attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry services
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in training and mentoring team members
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards is preferred
• Prior experience in facility management or hospitality is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
