Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager with 8 years of relevant hospitality experience to oversee complete housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service.
• Conduct regular room and area inspections.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, linen, supplies, and departmental costs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, and other departments.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain SOPs, safety standards, and housekeeping records.
• Monitor staff productivity and departmental KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel/hospitality environment.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory, linen, and cost control.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-service orientation.
• Hotel Management qualification preferred.
