Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Housekeeping Manager specializing in Hotel Management. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations including supervision of the housekeeping staff, managing laundry services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities also include implementing and upholding quality control measures, managing inventory and supplies, and handling staff hiring within the housekeeping department.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Proficiency in managing Laundry services and housekeeping operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and effective collaboration
• Experience in Hiring processes for the housekeeping department
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping management is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
