Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical training sessions on Housekeeping and related hospitality subjects.
- Train students in housekeeping operations, room maintenance, cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and guest service practices.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Conduct demonstrations, workshops, classroom activities, and practical sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and practical assessments.
- Guide and mentor students for internships, placements, and career development.
- Maintain academic standards and discipline within the classroom and practical labs.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into teaching.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed 5-star hotel, preferably in the Housekeeping department.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, hospitality standards, and guest service.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to combine practical industry experience with academic instruction effectively.
