Role Description The HOUSEKEEPING GSA (Guest Service Associate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Haridwar. The role involves daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, ensuring they meet company hygiene and presentation standards. Responsibilities include changing linens, replenishing guest supplies, managing laundry items, and reporting maintenance issues promptly. The HOUSEKEEPING GSA will interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, respond to housekeeping-related requests, and coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams to maintain smooth operations. Attention to detail, respect for guest privacy, and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols are central to the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform housekeeping tasks such as room cleaning, linen handling, and upkeep of public areas with consistent quality.
• Knowledge of basic hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in hospitality environments.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and a courteous, guest-focused approach.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move moderate loads safely.
• Basic literacy and numeracy; formal hospitality training or certification is a plus.
