Job Description

Budget- Upto 5.5 LPA

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory level or multi-site management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise a team of housekeeping staff.
  2. Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
  3. Train and develop team members on cleaning procedures and proper equipment usage.
  4. Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure seamless coverage across shifts and shifts during operations Daily & Deep Cleaning Oversight.
  5. Ensure routine cleaning and sanitation of: Reception, lounges, meeting and team rooms.
  6. Pantry, cafe area, washrooms, corridors, terrace/shared spaces.
  7. Oversee dusting, wiping of desks, chairs, tables; vacuuming/mopping floors; and trash/recycling bin maintenance.
  8. Schedule and supervise deep-cleaning tasks: carpets, windows, furniture polishing, sanitation of hightouch surfaces (e.g. door handles, switches, elevator buttons)
