Housekeeping Associate Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities.
- Dust, polish, vacuum, sweep, and mop as scheduled.
- Report damages or maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
- 05 years housekeeping experience in luxury hotels/resorts.
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good time management and interpersonal skills.
