Housekeeping Associate Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities.
  • Dust, polish, vacuum, sweep, and mop as scheduled.
  • Report damages or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
  • 05 years housekeeping experience in luxury hotels/resorts.
  • Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills.
