Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate, based in Hyderabad. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Essential tasks include cleaning, laundry services, restocking supplies, and adhering to health and safety standards. The role also involves interacting with guests to address their needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Laundry and general housekeeping practices
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage time and responsibilities efficiently
- Capability and willingness to learn or conduct Training processes related to housekeeping standards
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a hospitality or service industry role is an advantage
