Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate at Siddharth – The Fern, Jalna. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to the highest standards, and ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests. The role also involves managing linens and laundry, restocking amenities, reporting maintenance needs, and assisting in the efficient execution of daily housekeeping tasks. Collaboration with team members and providing courteous interactions with guests are essential to maintain excellent service standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform Laundry and general housekeeping tasks with attention to detail
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Organizational Skills to manage tasks efficiently, including the restocking of amenities and coordination of housekeeping activities
- Capability to support and assist in Training new team members
- Positive attitude, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible schedules
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory
