Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate located in Surat. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned sections of the hotel. Daily tasks include making beds, replenishing supplies, managing laundry services, and ensuring that the hotel's high standards are consistently met. The role also involves maintaining communication with other departments to deliver exceptional guest service and address any housekeeping-related requests or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience with Laundry and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Strong Communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively
- Outstanding Customer Service skills, ensuring guests enjoy a positive and comfortable experience
- Excellent Organization Skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and work within time constraints
- Experience in Training new housekeeping team members is an advantage
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment
