Role Description The Housekeeping Associate (Public Area) is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, banquet pre-function spaces, restaurants public zones, and other guest-facing areas. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces, replenishing supplies, handling basic laundry duties for public area linens, and ensuring cleaning equipment is properly used and stored. The associate is expected to respond promptly to guest requests, report maintenance issues, follow safety and sanitation standards, and support room attendants and other housekeeping team members as needed. The role requires adherence to hotel policies, participation in training sessions, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver a consistent and welcoming environment for guests.
