Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate based in Nashik. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. Daily responsibilities include making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming. Additional tasks include managing laundry services and ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment. The Housekeeping Associate will also interact with guests and address their requests effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in maintaining laundry services and managing high standards of cleanliness in hotel environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills to address guest needs promptly and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills for managing supplies, schedules, and daily housekeeping operations
- Ability to adapt to on-the-job training and apply best practices in housekeeping tasks
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles is a plus
