We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team . As a Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our client's premises, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform diverse cleaning and housekeeping activities as outlined in the client contract.
- Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a perfect state of cleanliness, including but not limited to offices, common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
- Utilize chemicals and other cleaning agents properly and safely, adhering to all guidelines and instructions.
- Manage collection and disposal of garbage and waste materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment effectively and safely.
- Execute any other duties as instructed by the Supervisor or Manager.
- Attend all scheduled staff training and safety meetings to stay updated on best practices and regulations.
- Estimate the time and materials required for specific work orders.
- Maintain your work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, following all prescribed regulations.
- Stay informed about current Safety Regulations and apply them consistently.
- Be prepared to respond to emergency call-in situations as needed.
- Ensure you have the necessary stock and tools to perform all cleaning and housekeeping activities.
- Conduct daily rounds of premises as assigned by the Supervisor to identify and address any cleaning needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
