Job Description

Sodexo Food Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.ces is looking for Housekeeper & Office Associate to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
  • Organize and maintain records of office expenses.
  • Provide administrative support to other staff members as needed.
  • Ensure the office is kept clean and organized.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
