Housekeeper

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in our facility. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in housekeeping, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with laundry services as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in hotels or large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
