Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Amravati at EDEN GREENZ NAGPUR. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing the housekeeping team to ensure that cleaning and sanitizing of all areas are completed in accordance with company guidelines. They will also be responsible for maintaining inventory supplies and making recommendations on cost-effective strategies to ensure customer satisfaction in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in housekeeping or environmental services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of housekeeping best practices, cleaning safety protocols, and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ability to direct and guide staff to ensure quality service delivery and meet performance standards
