Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a House Manager located in Pune. The House Manager will oversee daily operations within the household or property, ensuring smooth coordination of staff, vendors, and services to maintain a comfortable and efficient environment. Responsibilities include supervising house staff, training team members, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, and managing household routines. Additional responsibilities may include overseeing meal preparation and coordinating maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage household staff and ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills for successful interactions with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in Training staff to meet operational standards and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Understanding of Cooking practices and the ability to oversee meal planning, preparation, or coordinate culinary activities when required.
- Time management, problem-solving skills, and previous experience in a similar role are a plus.
