Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced House Keeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping operations at Leading Resort in Mahabalipuram, Chennai. The ideal candidate will ensure that our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure standards are met.
• Train new housekeeping staff on procedures, safety standards, and efficient work practices.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Address guest complaints and feedback regarding housekeeping services promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists for staff to follow.

Skills and Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• 1-5 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Basic computer skills for managing schedules and inventory.
