Job Title: Lecture Base Consultant

Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate educator skilled in academic teaching and proficient in using YouTube for educational outreach. The ideal candidate will effectively engage students through both traditional teaching methods and online platforms, ensuring a seamless integration of learning and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in subjects like Sanskrit, Math, Computer Science, SST, and Geography for teaching exams (KVS, DSSSB, CTET, etc.).
- Develop lesson plans, assess student progress, and foster an inclusive learning environment.
- Create and manage educational YouTube content, interact with students via comments and live sessions.
- Integrate digital tools into teaching, stay updated on educational tech trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
- Proficiency in video recording/editing and platforms like OBS Studio, Canva.
- Strong communication, presentation, and digital engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing a YouTube channel and familiarity with YouTube analytics.
- Certification in digital marketing or educational technology.
