Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Hotel Sales Manager. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic marketing plans, and managing daily sales operations. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team, conducting market analysis, and achieving sales targets, all while ensuring excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet targets.
  • Experience in Marketing to develop and implement strategies that attract clientele and promote the resort.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and adapt approaches accordingly.
  • Leadership skills to manage sales teams and projects efficiently.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Marketing.
  • 58 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably in luxury resorts or hotels.
  • Strong network with corporate clients and travel partners.
  • Ability to work on-site and familiarity with the local market is preferred.
  • Experience in resort sales, destination weddings, and corporate retreats.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality distribution channels and travel trade.
