Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Hotel Sales Manager. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the development of sales strategies, building relationships with new and existing clients, and managing marketing activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing customer service excellence, identifying business opportunities, setting and achieving sales goals, and conducting market research to understand the competitive landscape. Collaboration with hotel management and other departments will also be critical in meeting targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and handle inquiries
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve business goals
- Experience in Marketing to develop strategies and campaigns for client acquisition and retention
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build long-term client relationships
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
- Background in hospitality or business management is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
