Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused hotel sales executive to drive sales, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships for hotel bookings, banquet services, and corporate tie-ups. The candidate should have experience in hospitality sales and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and corporate clients
  • Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and hospitality services
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate companies, and event planners
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with reservation and operations teams for smooth guest services
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and client database
  • Support marketing and promotional activities

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales and client-handling abilities
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry and hotel sales process
  • Basic MS Office and email communication skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Qualification

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

Preferred Candidate

  • Candidates with minimum 1–2 years of hotel or hospitality sales experience
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
