Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused hotel sales executive to drive sales, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships for hotel bookings, banquet services, and corporate tie-ups. The candidate should have experience in hospitality sales and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and corporate clients
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and hospitality services
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate companies, and event planners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with reservation and operations teams for smooth guest services
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and client database
- Support marketing and promotional activities
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and client-handling abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality industry and hotel sales process
- Basic MS Office and email communication skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with minimum 1–2 years of hotel or hospitality sales experience
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
