Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist at Knight Oasis, located in Khatoo, Sikar, Rajasthan. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for carrying out receptionist duties on a daily basis, including greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling reservations. The role also involves answering phone calls, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary

INR 20K/Month

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates with hospitality experience are preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Hospitality Management are a plus
