RATE LOADING ANALYST

Department: Revenue Engine
Work Mode: Work from Office
Reports To: Senior Revenue Manager
Salary: 8.8 LPA + Bonus (up to 30%)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Rate Loading Analyst to ensure that pricing strategies determined by the revenue leadership are accurately and promptly distributed across all channels.
You will be a critical link between pricing decisions and market-facing rates across 40 managed properties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute rate loading across the PMS, RVNG CRS, and various OTA extranets for all 40 managed properties.
• Ensure rate parity is maintained across all public channels, flagging violations immediately.
• Load corporate rates, consortia rates, and promotional offers as directed by the sales and revenue teams.
• Troubleshoot distribution and connectivity issues between systems.
• Maintain a rate loading calendar and ensure all seasonal and promotional rates are loaded on time.
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with PMS, CRS, and Channel Manager systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy. Errors in rate loading have a direct revenue impact.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistent quality across high volumes.
• Basic understanding of rate structures and distribution channels.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
• / experience is required.
• Experience working with PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, OTA extranets, and rate distribution systems is highly relevant for this role.
COMPENSATION
8.8 LPA + Bonus (up to 30%)
