Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Operations Manager based in Varanasi, on Gangotri - A Divine River Retreat, UP's first ever luxury Floating Hotel having 5-star facilities, catering to elite guests. The individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the hotel, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards. The role requires managing staff, conducting training sessions, coordinating with various teams, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring that operational protocols are consistently upheld. The position plays a key role in providing world-class experiences to guests.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as Operations Manager at a reputed hotel property.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and the ability to efficiently oversee day-to-day operations.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and address customer queries effectively.
• Proficiency in Training and team leadership to maintain high service standards and develop team capabilities.
• Strategic problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
