Regenta Central Antarim is a 72 room hotel located in City Center of Ahmedabad. The hotel already does an occupancy of over 95%. Handling guest and proper functioning of the hotel is the key here.

Role Description

The Primary Role is to increase guest satisfaction and the NPS score. Also coordiate with all departments to function efficiently. Maintain a healthy GOP and NPS.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Manager at Regenta Central Antarim, located in Ahmedabad. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high-quality standards across all departments, including Food & Beverage and front desk services. The role involves developing and managing budgets, meeting sales targets, and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Collaboration with different teams to deliver seamless hospitality is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Experience in Budgeting and managing financial operations efficiently
• Skills in Sales and achieving revenue targets
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management and hospitality standards
• Understanding of Receptionist Duties and front desk operations
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality management preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous
