We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of staff and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage for seamless operations.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of local and national regulations related to the hospitality industry.
