We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Management Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in business and management concepts along with the ability to teach hospitality students in a practical, engaging, and student-friendly manner. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education, mentoring students, and contributing to academic development activities within the institution.
- Plan and conduct lectures, classroom discussions, assignments, presentations, and assessments.
- Teach management and business-related subjects to hospitality students through interactive and engaging classroom sessions.
- Simplify complex management concepts and explain them in a practical and industry-oriented manner.
- Guide and mentor students in academic projects, case studies, presentations, and research activities.
- Prepare study materials, lesson plans, presentations, and evaluation methods aligned with the curriculum.
- Encourage student participation and maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, workshops, seminars, and institutional activities.
- Support students in improving communication, presentation, and professional skills relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and assessment reports as required by the institution.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Management (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- PhD qualification will be considered an added advantage.
- Prior teaching experience in management or hospitality education is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills are required.
- Good understanding of business, management, and hospitality-related subjects.
- Ability to connect theoretical concepts with practical industry examples.
