We are looking for a final year Hotel Management student who wants real hands-on experience in a working cafe and gaming environment. This is an operational role and not a desk internship.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Prepare and assist in menu execution including coffee snacks and light meals
- Support basic cooking and food preparation
- Handle guest hospitality and customer interaction
- Assist in day to day management of cafe and gaming area
- Maintain hygiene cleanliness and presentation standards
- Support billing coordination inventory checks and daily closing tasks
- Handle multitasking during peak hours and events
Working Hours: Shift-based as per cafe operations
