Job Summary:
The Assistant General Manager/ General Manager will be overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and achievement of business goals. The AGM/GM will lead multiple departments, maintain service standards, and ensure profitability while fostering a positive work environment.

The Opening is for Sea N Rock hotel & for upcoming project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing overall resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, sales, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards and promptly addressing guest concerns.
- Supervise and guide department heads to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Monitor daily operations, occupancy, and revenue performance.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in hotel/resort operations.
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in luxury or resort properties preferred.
